1 Child
1 Mother (optional but recommended)

*There is an extra fee to add on additional alleged fathers & children, please call us to discuss pricing.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation will not result in a refund for any reason. However, you may reschedule your appointment as long as it is at least 24 hours before your appointment, or you will be charged a $50.00 reschedule fee. No call no show will result in you paying for another test.
